What is Threat Protection Engagement?

Given the volume and complexity of identities, data, applications, devices, and infrastructure, it is essential to learn how secure your organisation is right now, and how to mitigate and protect against threats moving forward.

The Threat Protection Workshop Engagement is designed to help you evaluate your organisation's security landscape, tackle your most critical security challenges, and achieve your key security objectives. It offers an immersive experience that showcases the full potential of Microsoft's security vision and capabilities.


Workshop Objectives:

We deliver key activities to help you stay ahead of evolving threats:

  • Security Assessment: Identify your organisation’s key security objectives and priorities.
  • Threat & Vulnerability Discovery: Conduct a thorough discovery of threats and vulnerabilities within your production environment.
  • Utilisation of Existing Resources: Leverage your current licenses or product trials to explore potential threats.
  • Develop actionable next steps: Receive concise recommendations and next steps to strengthen your security posture.

Note that no such changes will be made to your existing Microsoft 365 setup during this workshop engagement that could impact your users’ experiences.

Workshop Delivery Timeline:

A. Workshop Introduction and Security Alignment (1.5 hours)

  • Overview of the Threat Protection workshop and its scope
  • Understand your current Microsoft 365 environment and align on key security objectives & priorities

B. General Setup (1 hour)

Activate the trial licenses (provided by Microsoft for this workshop) under your Microsoft 365 tenant, which will enable some of the key security products / services to be covered under the workshop, and complete any required configuration related to these products (this activity is not necessary if you already have similar licenses within your tenant).

C. Log Collection & Analysis (45 mins)

After activating the trial licenses, we will allow 1 week for log collection, followed by a 45-minute session to capture the logs which will be analysed by our team.

D. Results Presentation and Next Steps Discussion (2 to 3 hours)

  • Explore identified threats and vulnerabilities within your environment.
  • Present & discuss our findings and long-term actionable recommendations from our experts about your security strategy, with key initiatives and tactical next steps.

    Your team’s time commitment and active participation are crucial for the success of the workshop.

  • 3. Customer Satisfaction Survey

    Completion of online Customer Satisfaction Survey that will be triggered from Microsoft post-workshop completion.
